I’ve been having problems with my car. I took it to another mechanic 3 times where I live and he kept telling me he couldn’t find anything. I take it to Cartec and they immediately figure out what’s going on. They also took pictures to show me. I really appreciate them for the work they did on my car. Thank you so much. I will definitely use them again.

Professional
Very Professional, Fast and do what they say. Even had 12 month interest free financing for my repair. I used to do all my own repairs and I trust these guys work after 2 seperate repair needs.
Honest people
Honest people that do a great job. They usually have coupons online. Quick service. One of the employees brought me home while they worked on my car for 4 hours.

Fast, efficient, super friendly and very professional
Took my car in one afternoon (right before closing!) and decided to leave it there overnight. They had it diagnosed, fixed, and it was out the next morning. Very fast, efficient, super friendly and very professional! And -IMO- very trustworthy (and that’s saying a LOT coming from me cause I trust about as many people/businesses as you could count on one hand!- if even that many). Id definitely recommend these guys to anyone.
Very quick and communicative
My visit to Cartec had been excellent and professional. They were very quick and communicative of the process. Before they started, they let me know everything they were going to check, and told me honestly what needed to be replaced and what didn’t. I was looking to have to pay around $400 for the service but was delighted to have gotten everything done for a lot less than 1/2 of that. This all also took less than 1 1/2 hours which was the quickest I had ever been in and out of service before.

Cartec provides great service. They do a full inspection of your car and if they find anything they think needs attention, they do a very good job of explaining why.

This week my drivers side window refused to work. I took my car to Cartec. The part that was needed to repair the window was hard to find but Linda called several warehouses to get the part. And she found it!!! I certainly appreciate getting the problem fixed in just a few hours especially because it was raining cats and dogs that day and my car would have flooded since the window was stuck down! I am one happy customer and will always recommend Cartec! Linda is The BEST!
